30-Second Reset
Do this first — it fixes most problems.
- Restart your IPTV app
- Restart router (unplug 15 sec)
- Try another channel
Speed Check
For HD/4K you need stable speed (not just “fast”).
- HD: 10 Mbps+
- FHD: 20 Mbps+
- 4K: 35 Mbps+
ISP / Network Block
If it works on mobile data but not Wi-Fi, it’s often ISP filtering.
- Try 4G/5G hotspot
- Change DNS
- Contact support
Buffering / Freezing
Do This First
- Restart your IPTV app.
- Restart router (unplug 15 sec, plug again).
- Switch to 5GHz Wi-Fi (or move closer to router).
- Try a different channel (some channels are heavier).
Improve Streaming Quality
- Use Ethernet cable (best for TV Box / Smart TV).
- Close background apps (especially on Android / Firestick).
- In your player: set Decoder = Hardware (if available).
- Change player: try IPTV Smarters / TiviMate / VLC.
Login Issues (Username/Password/URL)
Correct Way to Enter Details
- Use Xtream Codes API when possible.
- Copy/paste carefully — no spaces before/after username or password.
- Server URL must include http:// or https:// if the app requires it.
- If one app fails, try another app (different apps validate differently).
Common Error Messages
- “Invalid details” → wrong user/pass or extra spaces.
- “Could not connect” → wrong URL, ISP block, or network issue.
- “Account expired” → subscription ended (contact support).
- “Max connections reached” → too many devices (upgrade plan or close devices).
EPG Not Showing (TV Guide)
Fast Fix Steps
- Make sure you logged in with Xtream Codes API (recommended).
- In app settings: Update / Refresh EPG.
- Set your device time to Automatic.
- Wait 2–5 minutes for EPG to populate (first time load).
If Still Not Working
- Clear app cache or reinstall the IPTV app.
- Try another app (some apps show EPG better).
- Some channels may not have full guide for your region.
- Contact support to verify EPG sync for your device/app.
ISP Blocks / Network Restrictions
Quick Tests
- Try 4G/5G hotspot — if it works, ISP filtering is likely.
- Try a different IPTV app (some use different streaming methods).
- Restart router and test again.
Fix Options
- Change DNS in your router/device (example: 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8).
- Use a stable VPN if needed (support can recommend).
- Disable “Safe browsing / Parental control” in router settings.
- Contact support for the best solution for your country/ISP.
Quick FAQ (Most Asked)
Why is one channel buffering but others are fine?
Some channels are heavier (FHD/4K). Try changing player/decoder or switch Wi-Fi to 5GHz / Ethernet.
What does “Max connections reached” mean?
Your plan allows a limited number of devices at the same time. Close IPTV on other devices or upgrade to more connections.
EPG takes long to load (first time) — normal?
Yes. First load can take a few minutes depending on your app/device. Refresh EPG and keep device time on automatic.
Does TREX work on all devices?
Yes. Smart TV, Android, Firestick, iOS, PC/Mac — use a compatible IPTV player and your login details.
